This is one of my favorite layouts!  I love showcasing Stampin' Up's beautiful Designer Series Paper.  The DSP is called Rain or Shine and the sentiment and dies are from the Something Fancy Bundle. This bundle is such a great value! Many sentiments and the dies are so versatile!
